OEM Keyboard Production Process

Our OEM keyboard production process begins in the injection workshop and mold area, where raw materials are molded into components. These components move to the production workshop for assembly and testing. Keycaps and switches are pressed in dedicated areas to ensure precise fit and functionality. Internal inspection areas verify quality standards before products proceed to final inspection. Upon passing inspection, keyboards are stored in our warehouse for distribution. Additionally, we manage rubber rolls for specialized components and handle mouse pad raw materials separately. A dedicated sample area allows for prototyping and testing new designs before full-scale production.
